This is often called shadow work in the spiritual world, because it's things we would rather keep in the shadow and not deal with it. The growth only comes when you're willing to do the work. And self-love self healing is important to your souls growth for this lifetime and the wants to come. Honor yourself remember your truth. Stand up for who you truly are the precious gift from God. It's OK to heal to refresh to renew and radiate whenever you're ready will be here take your time.
